1. Overview
Tech Vista Idea (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital software, CLI utilities, and related online products (including the TVR CLI Tool). By purchasing or downloading software through www.techvistaidea.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Licensing & Software Use
We offer Community Licenses ($0) and Commercial Licenses ($5 one-time fee). Commercial Licenses grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to utilize the TVR CLI executable in commercial work environments. Re-selling, reverse engineering, or re-distributing source code is prohibited.
3. Merchant of Record & Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Software Delivery
All software products and license keys sold on this website are delivered electronically immediately after a successful checkout transaction via email and/or on-screen activation instructions.
