1. Digital Product Refund Guarantee

We stand behind our software products. If you purchase a Commercial License for the TVR CLI tool and it fails to work as advertised or does not meet your technical expectations, you are eligible for a 14-day full refund from the date of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

Because payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, you can request a refund directly through Paddle.net or by contacting our support team at info@techvistaidea.com with your order email address and transaction ID.

3. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately by our Merchant of Record (Paddle). Depending on your financial institution, the funds will appear back on your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
